Revisions
Each order includes 2 revisions. Revisions cover reasonable changes to the original design. A completely new concept or major change in direction may require an additional fee.
Payments & Refunds
Full payment is required before design work begins. Orders may be canceled for a full refund before work has started. Once design work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
Client Information
Please double-check all names, titles, track lists, dates, spelling, and other information before submitting your order. 414 Flicks is not responsible for errors provided by the client.
Photos & References
For the best results, submit clear, high-quality photos. Low-resolution or blurry images may affect the quality of the final design.

Once the final design is approved, the project is considered complete. Changes requested after approval may require an additional revision fee.
Files
Final designs are delivered in high-resolution digital format. Story-sized versions are included when stated in your package. Editable/source files are not included unless otherwise agreed upon.
3D Motion
Motion designs are created from the approved artwork. Major artwork changes requested after animation begins may require an additional fee.
